At Shouq everything is about authentic Middle Eastern street food, prepared with fresh ingredients and herbs. The menu is completely vegetarian and largely vegetable, without meat substitute or E numbers. Guests can choose from filled pitas with falafel, sabich or hummus, extensive mezze menus and various salads and spreads such as Baba Ganoush and Matboucha. The home -made falafel is made from dried chickpeas and fresh herbs. In addition to picking up, there is also an opportunity to eat inside at the tables.
