Soepp is one of the few restaurants in Alkmaar where vegetarians and vegans can go wild. Everything is completely vegetarian, but the majority is vegan. The ingredients used are organic and as sustainable as possible. Everything in the restaurant is therefore recycled and for sale. So if you see a nice dress or chair, don't hesitate: you can give almost anything a new home. Besides good food, you can also sleep at Soepp: it is also a B&B.
