SOIL opened its second location in Amsterdam East in October 2022. SOIL was born out of the desire to share appreciation for high quality food with as many people as possible. A vegan cafe with a clear vision: Plant-based food, inspired by flavors from all over the world and above all conviviality. Soil offers warm bowls, salad bowls, burgers and sandwiches. All dishes are 100% natural and unprocessed. No artificial sugars, colorings and preservatives are used.

I had a very nice meal here with my friend. I have to say that the menu didn't really appeal to me at first, but we wanted to try it anyway because we were excited about a vegan place so close by. And I am pleasantly surprised. The food was very tasty. I ordered a salad for the first time in my life because it sounded so good (with vegan salmon) and it tasted really good. My friend was also satisfied with his noodles. As a starter, my friend had something with chorizo and I had a cheese fondue with mushrooms. For dessert we shared a cheesecake (super delicious) and we were really stuffed.
