At lunchroom Sunshine you can be surprised every time you visit. They work with a changing menu, which is inspired by different cuisines. Because Sunshine has a no-waste policy, it is also possible that the dishes on the menu are slightly different from what is described, so that they prevent certain ingredients from being thrown away.
