Examples of vegan dishes:

• Mushroom Calamares Calamari made from giant mushrooms, marinated in soy and with a crispy panko layer.
• Vegan ramen Vegan Ramen with spicy broth of kombu, soy milk, miso and Sichuan pepper tare. Topped with daikon, mini pak choi, bean sprouts and fried oyster mushrooms.
• French fries rendang Rendang of slowly cooked pointed cabbage and plantain on a bed of farmer's fries.

Examples of vegetarian dishes:

• Shakshuka Spicy vegetable stew from the oven with tomato and pointed pepper. Topped with egg and white cheese.
• Tzatziki burger with rosemary fries Vega burger with homemade tzatziki, white cheese-pepper spread and dried broad beans. With spicy rosemary fries.
• Vega curry Mild curry of Indian cheese (paneer) and plantain with romanesco, carrots and pumpkin from the oven and a naan pita.
