Description
Restaurant Gaudi's is located on the Hof, a pleasant square in Amersfoort. They serve Spanish tapas, both hot and cold. Owners Maarten and Lotte have owned Gaudi's since 2015 and serve many vegetarian and especially many vegan options. In addition to vega(n) friendly dishes, they also have plant-based milk for coffee. In the summer you really feel like you are in Spain through the large, sunny terrace, but also in the winter you can take a seat inside between mosaic work inspired by the Spanish architect Gaudí.
