In April 2016, owner Lisette opened her restaurant The Blueberry. The restaurant is inspired by American culture, because this is Lisette's favorite holiday destination. Amersfoort meets New York, as she describes it herself: at The Blueberry you will not only find American atmospheres, but also Dutch inspirations. Ordering (Vegan) cakes is also possible, even designed by yourself!
