Description
Due to the wealth of Westland and Midden-Delfland with which Triptyque is surrounded, they can obtain a lot locally. Tomatoes, radishes, peppers, strawberries and dairy are some examples of this. They know many suppliers personally and they make the dishes based on their products and stories. The restaurant uses an 80/20 concept, which means that the dishes consist of 80% vegetables. They also serve a vegetarian menu that can be adapted to a completely vegan menu. To top it all off, Triptyque has a green Michelin star and, according to the We're smart Greenguide, they are number 26 of the best vegetable restaurants in the world.
