Uit India brings Indian, vegetarian cuisine to Alkmaar. The extensive menu is full of spicy dishes, with plenty of vegan options too. An excellent place for the vegans and vega's among us. You will find authentic Indian food, but also newer 'hippy' dishes. The masalas (spice mixes) are homemade and for each dish you can choose between mild, medium and spicy. Useful for people who can't stand spicy food, and also recommended for people who do like some spice.

Delicious food at Uit India! I've been here twice and had a delicious meal both times. The people are very friendly. It's nice that everything is vegetarian, many options are also vegan.

Personally, I find the decoration of the restaurant a bit boring. But don't let this stop you.
