Description
The only thing the Vegan Sushi Bar fishes out of the sea is plastic. The sushi menu is 100% plant-based and has more to offer than just a boring maki avocado. The Vegan Sushi Bar mimics sushi by using, for example, salmon or shrimp substitutes. The sushi is a feast for the eyes because of the beautiful colors that are used. You can eat on location, have it delivered or pick up the sushi yourself.

Diverse menu with delicious food and cocktails. Been several times and on each visit the (waiting) staff was not very service-oriented. We will therefore not like to come there again.
Tasty and freshly made food, good cocktails.
Unfriendly staff, lots of meat and fish "substitutes", small and draughty restaurant.

The best plant based sushi can be found at Vegan Sushibar . They truly never disappoint. New menu is out and going with a big group we were able to try almost everything out. Our favorite? The Crunchy California Dream 🤤 Don’t miss this must visit address if you’re in Amsterdam.
