The only thing the Vegan Sushi Bar fishes from the sea is plastic. The sushi menu is 100% plant-based and has more to offer than just a boring maki avocado. The Vegan Sushi Bar imitates sushi by using, for example, salmon or shrimp substitutes. The sushi is a pleasure for the eyes because of the beautiful colors used.
