Vegitalian is an Italian restaurant where you can enjoy Italian cuisine, but then mainly plant-based. The Italian kitchen serves as a source of inspiration, but with a modern touch. The restaurant uses sustainable and organic products from local producers as much as possible. Vegitalian also has a lovely terrace where you can have breakfast, lunch, drinks or dinner. When in Utrecht, lunch at Vegitalian is a must. Veggie menu with great plantbased options in a casual central location. We tried the fig and balsamic pizza and the pappardelle truffle both were delicious.
