Description

Vers van Gijs started a delicatessen and cheese shop in Amstelveen at the beginning of the 21st century. He soon started making sandwiches. Those sandwiches became so popular that the store slowly turned into a catering company. Today it is no longer a shop, but a catering facility. No problem; the tasty sandwiches are still there. More than half of the menu is vegetarian or vegan; For example, all sauces are plant-based and the entire event catering is even vegan. The company is even working towards a completely plant-based future.
