Description

Located on the Vlaardingsedijk in Maassluis, Streekproverij Weij is directly adjacent to a food forest and a self-harvest garden, which they say is a first in the Netherlands. The kitchen works with unsprayed, seasonal products from our own garden, forest and region. Sustainability and the 'food transition' are central to the concept. Here you can enjoy delicious organic coffee or tea from April to October, complete with homemade goodies, a delicious lunch with fresh ingredients from the land or an extensive snack board with all the trimmings.
