Description
Wild & the Moon is a Parisian vegan concept that has come over to the Netherlands and opened its first lcoation on the Van Woustraat. It is a movement created by a group of like-minded chefs, nutritionists, and naturopaths that want to share their way of life, and believe above all that real food is food that’s good for you, good for the planet, and delicious. They offer a selection of cold-pressed juices, vegetable drinks, smoothies, salads, soups, desserts, super bowls, and snacks. All products are supplied by organic and responsible agricultural suppliers. They do not use refined sugars, additives, preservatives, genetically modified organisms (GMOs), gluten or dairy products.

Het restaurant ziet er gezellig uit en alles is vegan en biologisch, dus dat is top. De bank is heel comfortabel, de krukjes wel wat minder. De scone is heerlijk; ziet er wat klein uit maar groter is echt niet nodig, het vult enorm. Ze hebben ook lekkere drankjes. Maar de grilled cheezy vond ik echt teleurstellend, een kaal, leeg broodje met n mini beetje kaas en wat droge sla. Een deel van het personeel leek ook niet helemaal hun dag te hebben.
