Wild & the Moon is a Parisian vegan concept that has now opened multiple restaurants in Amsterdam. It is a movement created by a group of like-minded chefs, nutritionists, and naturopaths that want to share their way of life, and believe above all that real food is food that’s good for you, good for the planet, and delicious. They offer a selection of cold-pressed juices, vegetable drinks, smoothies, salads, soups, desserts, super bowls, and snacks. All products are supplied by organic and responsible agricultural suppliers. They do not use refined sugars, additives, preservatives, genetically modified organisms (GMOs), gluten or dairy products.
