Examples of vegan dishes:

• Mezze bowl vegan A richly filled bowl including hummus, baba ganoush, muhamarra, olives and a Medjool date. Two pieces of falafel and fried eggplant (from the pita sabich) served with a piece of flatbread
• Muhamarra Roasted red pepper, walnut, tahini and pomegranate form the basis of this dip. Further flavored with harissa (chili), garlic and many herbs
• Roasted Cauliflower Deliciously seasoned cauliflower florets from the oven with tahini sauce and a sauce made from our own pickled lemons. Garnished with a bread crunch and pomegranate seeds

• Labneh Creamy and full curd (sagging yoghurt) generously sprinkled with Za'atar herbs and Mymoune mulberry syrup from Lebanon
• White cheese Creamy salty crumbly cheese with nigella seeds and Za'atar herbs
• Pita grill too Fried Syrian grill cheese (halloumi type) on a homemade organic pita with salad, zhoug (green herb sauce with chili), tahini, pita chip crunch, pomegranate seeds and fermented turnip
