In the bakery café Baking Lab you can enjoy breakfast, brunch and lunch, delicious bread, special cakes with a cup of coffee or freshly squeezed juice. In this bakery, extra attention is paid to circularity, because the residual flows are processed here in tasty dishes. Baking Lab originated from the idea of starting a bakery where there was also room to connect the age-old preparation of bread with the knowledge from contemporary science. The team therefore shares knowledge about preventing food waste in workshops and team buildings with the public and national projects to promote nutrition and health.
