Description
Bistrobar Berlin is inspired by the city of Berlin: it stands for open-mided, creative, pure flavors and daring combinations. This is reflected in their dishes. The menu is full of special combinations. The well-known chef Ron Blaauw is Berlin's house advisor. Chef Fedor Kok (how appropriate) and Gijs Ebisch have composed the menu with Ron's help. All dishes are served in the format of an entrée, and you can choose as many as you like. This flexibility is perfect if you don't have much of an appetite, or just like to taste everything. Since Berlin has a new menu, they also have a separate vegan menu.
