Blue has a beautiful view over the city center of Amsterdam and is located in the Kalvertoren. This makes it a real tourist attraction. They have quite a few vegan options on the menu. I ordered a tempeh salad, but I thought it was really mediocre. The filling was minimal and the dressing was not tasty, so I didn't really enjoy the salad.
