The ingredients are local and sustainable as much as possible. Furthermore, the employees of Dapp Frietwinkel are well informed about which products are and are not vegan; So if you have any questions, feel free to ask them. A fun fact: Dapp started making fries with the Dapp Frietfiets at the organic market in Utrecht. However, they have now grown so much that they now have two permanent chip shops: one in Utrecht and one in Leiden.
