Description

At De Dyck you can eat pure and sustainable. Most of the ingredients used come from our own land and from our own vegetable garden. Part of the harvest is fermented, so the vegetables from the garden can be eaten throughout the year. The rest is composted or eaten. At De Dyck you can eat a 5, 6 or 7 course menu. The menu is vegetarian, but you always have the option to supplement some meat or fish. So it is possible that you will see a piece of meat pass by. Unfortunately, the vegetarian menu cannot be adapted to a vegan menu. There is also an extensive wine list, which indicates the maximum distance a wine has traveled to get to your glass. Nice to know if you are concerned with the environment and/or like to drink local wines. The menu changes depending on what the vegetable garden has to offer; that is why RestauPlant does not have a menu online.
