Description

In the center of Hilversum you will find De Open Keuken, a restaurant with a large, partly covered terrace. The Open Kitchen has a special menu; they have all kinds of small snacks called 'tasters'. You can order these as a starter and/or main course, depending on the size you choose and how hungry you are. A nice idea for vegetarians is to choose a summer tasting; then let the chef surprise you. This menu is completely vegetarian. Unfortunately, vegan food is not just possible at De Open Keuken; there are two vegan tastings on the menu, but that is probably not enough for an entire meal.
