Description

In 2017 Lab-44 opened its restaurant on the Hembrugterrein in Zaandam. The restaurant is named after the building where they are located, which used to be a laboratory. The history is very interesting; the building started as a lab for a weapons and unit factory, later chemical weapons were developed, and later it became a lab for metallurgy. The industrial vibes can still be seen. With a large terrace with warm lights, high ceilings in the building and an extensive menu with many vegan options, they have created a cozy lab.
