In a former laboratory of Leiden University, you will find Lab071: a restaurant with vegetables in the lead role. There are some animal products on the menu, but meat and fish are only supplements. Fortunately, animals are not necessary at all, because the chefs make enough tasty and special dishes with vegetables.
