Description

NOMADS is a "traveling" kitchen. Twice a year, the owners and the chef board the plane in search of undiscovered culinary gems. They do cooking courses and bring a lot of knowledge and local products to the restaurant in Amsterdam to lay the foundation for the new menu. For lunch NOMADS has an a la carte menu with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. For dinner, NOMADS serves a four, five or six-course surprise menu. A full four, five or six-course surprise menu for vegetarians and vegans is available. Since dinner is a surprise, no menu is available.
