Description
With an extensive menu, you can enjoy fresh, largely healthy and delicious breakfast, brunch and lunch at Preps. Although Preps also serves meat and fish, more than half of the dishes on the menu are vegan. For those with a sweet tooth, there are vegan pancakes with caramel and vegan acai bowls, but also vegetarian French toast. For people who prefer to start the day with a savory meal, you will find tofu scramble (with vegan bacon!), or even a Beyond Burger or vegan salmon salad.

Ik heb hier afgelopen jaar een keer ontbeten en het was heel lekker. Ik bestelde de vegan tofu scramble en ik kreeg eerst perongeluk de ei versie, maar dit werd meteen opgelost met een nieuwe tofu scramble en een gratis drankje. Mijn vriend had de vegan pannenkoeken en was helemaal gelukkig. Leuke bediening, gezellige tent.
