Description

Raw is located in a building in the industrial zone the 'Spoorzone' next to Tilburg Central Station. The industrial look of the building has been preserved both in the facade and on the inside of the restaurant. Contrary to what the name suggests, the dishes served here are not 'raw'. What does the menu look like then? Mainly dishes without too much fuss. At first glance, the menu contains a lot of meat. If you skip the first page you will come across a more varied menu with a number of vegan and vegetarian dishes. A vegan snack platter can also be found on the snacks menu.
