Description
Restaurant Vannu has been open since July 2023, a fully plant-based restaurant that focuses on local ingredients and sustainability. They know how to make unique dishes with different types of vegetables. It is dried and fermented, among other things, to create special flavors and to create true works of art with something 'simple' like vegetables. The menu is a surprise menu, which is why RestauPlant does not have any menus online.
