The restaurant is located in a former orphanage that was once to be demolished but has been preserved by activists. De Nieuwe Winkel has been located in the building since June 2019. The menu changes often, that's why we don't have one online. The examples are mostly from old menu's. But what is certain is that you will be surprised by all the flavors. There is a choice between a six- and nine-course menu, and a three-course menu is also possible during the week.
