When Rustic Pastry became very successful, Yann Pierre-Jean opened a bakery in Amsterdam called SAINT JEAN. A vegan bakery, with good coffee and a counter with some chairs. Mediametic FOOD is a plant-based restaurant with a beautiful view over the Oosterdok and the Prinshendrikkade. However, the restaurant has become even more famous because of the corona-proof Serres Séparées, where you can have a romantic lunch or dinner for two in a greenhouse. The Serres Séparées are open for temporary periods. Mediametic also has a bar and pizzeria. Here you can go for clay oven baked vegan pizzas and drinks. In the past Mooshka only offerd take away, but they moved to a beautiful location on the Wibautstraat where you can also eat in the restaurant. Mooshka is a hip colorful vegan soul food restaurant in De Pijp where you can eat or pick up your food. They are so crazy about soul that all soul legends are visible on their wall of fame.
