It is a wonderful place to spend a summer day and have lunch, snack and drinks. Everything at this place is about sustainability, including the kitchen. The restaurant is completely vegan. I've eaten here a few times now and De Ceuvel continues to amaze me every time. It all looks a bit tacky, but the kitchen is A-MA-ZING! Tasty, fresh dishes with local, seasonal ingredients, often with a twist. Really highly recommended.

Had a great meal at De Ceuvel. I ordered a beet tartare in advance and ravioli as a main course. The flavors of both dishes were very good. My table companions all ordered a different dish and everyone found everything very tasty.
Good and friendly service.
But one really 0.0 beer that I didn't like very much either.

Split pea hummus & oyster mushroom croquettes 🍄❤️ This cute outdoors cafe/restaurant by the water has some great vegan options and is the best place to spend a warm weekend afternoon. They’re also really focused on sustainability and have creative workshops and talks almost every week 🍃🌿
Super cozy location and very friendly staff! I love that everything is Vegan, so you have a lot of choice. We had dinner there in the winter, but in the summer you can also sit outside (and swim).
