In the Czaar Peterstraat you will find Counter, an attractive vegetable deli with a sustainable vision. During the day, this family business serves home -made vegan sandwiches, quiches and soups for a fixed price of € 10, including a drink. The menu changes daily, with the popular zucchini cake as a fixed favorite. On Friday and Saturday evening, Counter transforms into an intimate natural wine bar with vegetable snacks. The concept originated from years of catering experience and became completely vegan thanks to daughter Tatum, who runs this accessible place together with partner Jaime, parents Raymond and Nathalie.
