Kasvio is part of the thriving ecosystem of Metal Cathedral and is a plant-based and organic restaurant in Utrecht. In collaboration with artists, Kasvio creates a unique dining experience. The changing seasons and research into food (eco)systems form the basis for Kasvio's dishes. They are inspired by local organic horticulture, wild harvesting and the forests. Techniques, flavors and ingredients from a range of culinary traditions come together at Kasvio.
