Description

Rijks opened its doors in 2014 in the Philips Wing of the Rijksmuseum. Rijks has been in possession of a Michelin star since 2016. Chef Joris Bijdendijk introduced the 'kitchen from the Netherlands' because they work with products from Dutch soil. You can choose a six-course chef's menu, which can be served vegetarian. In addition, there is a wide choice of à la carte dishes. The vegan menu is not mentioned on the menu, but it is possible. Upon arrival, the options for the evening will be discussed with you. Please inform Rijks if you would like to eat vegan. In addition to the surprise menu, there is also an à la carte menu where you can choose out of vegetarian dishes and meat and fish dishes.
