Examples of vegan dishes:

  • Walnut brownie The flavors shoot through your mouth as soon as you sink your teeth into our walnut brownie. The unrefined cane sugar we use gives extra depth to the chocolate.
  • Raspberry and Strawberry Cheesecake A crunchy caramel biscuit and cinnamon base with a creamy filling on top. And all without nuts.
  • Chocolate & Coconut Cake The texture is creamy and the chocolate flavor is intense. The bottom of Brazil nuts and coconut gives the cake just the fresh touch it needs.

  • Coconut & Lemon Cake Coconut and lemon – have you ever tasted those two flavors together? It's magical.
  • Mocha & Hazelnut cake This cake is nothing short of a taste sensation. The meringue is nice and chewy and the mocha cream melts away in your mouth when you take a bite.
  • Orange & Blueberry pie A fresh, cheesecake-like pie. The blueberry curd topping finishes it off.

The cutest place for a vegan friendly high tea! We went to sit at Rose and Vanilla on a cold, rainy day and were welcomed by the lovely warm environment and friendly staff. They have so many beautiful cakes on display, which is great for awakening your appetite! We had the vegan high tea, which started with a plate of savoury soups, salads and mini sandwiches. Everything was so delicious and the soup was a really nice addition for the cold day! After this, we received a stunning cake shelf with chocolate truffles, mini carrot cakes, apple crumble, brownies and cheesecake. It was such a treat and all the cakes were sooo good (I was surprised everything was vegan!). Rose and Vanilla also have a lovely selection of coffees and teas, and I would definitely recommend trying the Buchu tea. Rose and Vanilla pride themselves on offering options for everybody - they cater to gluten free, lactose free and vegan diets. This means you can enjoy yourself no matter your eating habits. I will definitely be back soon to enjoy some more vegan cake!

Op een druilerige zaterdagmiddag gingen wij bij het de nieuwe patisserie Rosé & Vanilla lunchen. We bestelde een vegan high tea. Eigenlijk is bijna alles wat ze serveren vegan, met een aantal uitzonderingen in de taartjes waar ei in zit. De eerste ronde bestond uit een heerlijke knolselderij soep , quinoa bietsalade en twee broodjes. De tweede ronde bestond uit verschillende soorten taartjes die allemaal stuk voor stuk heel erg lekker waren. Ook de patisserie ziet er heel cute uit! Echt een aanrader voor een heerlijke brunch/ lunch!
