At Studio Konijnenvoer (Rabbit food) you can choose two completely different nights out. Under one roof, you will find two concepts: 'Trattoria 89' and 'de chique zaak (the chic business)'. At both places the owners have decided to not put their menu online. At Trattoria 89 you will find delicious Italian dishes. At De Chique Zaak you experience totally different things: as the name suggests, it is a fancier version. Not Italian cuisine, but international. The chef experiments with fermented ingredients and different cuisines. Here you choose from a five or- seven-course menu. However, in both concepts, the cuisine is 100% plant-based. One thing is certain, whichever concept you choose (or maybe you'll visit both), you will certainly not be eating rabbit food.
Wow, what an amazing experience! We ate in the Trattoria. The quality of the food was very good and the umami of flavors was superb. The appearance of the restaurant was also hip. You must book in time, because the restaurant fills up quickly. I was here during a weekend trip to Arnhem. Now I thought the restaurants were all a bit disappointing in terms of friendliness and I was very surprised by the Studio Rabbit Food. Even if you are not vegan or vegetarian, this is highly recommended to get acquainted with delicious high-end vegan food.

Meal: 5 gangen diner (vegan)
Went to the Chic store. This was my first time eating a 7 course menu. The dishes were incredibly tasty with good matching wines! The service was also very nice! My girlfriend who just ate meat was also completely blown away by it and would also like to eat there again :) The only downside I found was the chairs. They are plastic chairs and are slightly less comfortable.
