June 2021 the Vegan Temple bar reopened its doors in the middle of the bustling tourist center of Amsterdam. A top location to snack guilt-free in the middle of Amsterdam. The owners of the Vegan Temple Bar eat vegan food their selfs a big part of the year, so they decided to completely change the concept to a vegan menu in June 2021. There are six different types of vegan burgers, wraps, bowls and a number of loaded dishes and tasty drinks on the menu.

The staff was really great! Super friendly, attentive and fast! The food was truly amazing! I came all the way from Amersfoort to Amsterdam and it was 100% worth it! An extensive menu and everything was very tasty! Never had such a good meal before. The restaurant is not too big and not too small. Really perfect and a great atmosphere with the beautiful decoration and wall paintings. I will definitely come back!

Vegan Temple Bar is a cute spot in the Leidsedwarsstraat - not somewhere I would usually expect to find vegan food! They have a selection of brunch and lunch dishes. During my visit, we tried out the brunch menu. We had pancakes, the English breakfast, a mango smoothie and took some vegan stroopwafel home. Everything was really tasty. The restaurant does have a bit of a bar atmosphere which isn't what I'd typically expect from a brunch place, but the cheerful tunes and friendly staff make it a fun experience. I'd like to come again to try the lunch menu!
