Description
Vessel is an atmospheric restaurant in a beautiful location on the IJ where you can enjoy delicious food and drinks all day long. In the summer you can sit here by the water and in the winter the fireplace is cozy. The chef Freek Dekker has earned his stripes in several well-known restaurants such as; Ciel Bleu and the Zwetheul. At Vessel you can visit their brasserie 7 days a week and their restaurant 4 days a week. In the brasserie they serve different dishes without too much fuss. In the restaurant they serve a 'green' 6 or 8 course tasting menu that is completely vegetarian. Vessel also serves meat and fish.

Had a nice meal at Vessel on the terrace on the IJ. Beautiful restaurant with many vegan dishes on the menu that are also very tasty. Highly recommended.
Tasty Vegan dishes. Lots of choice. Nice clothes when it gets colder on the terrace.
The sun on the terrace disappeared in the evening, making it a bit cold.
