Anook Bakehouse is een schattige bakkerij in de Pijp. In deze bakkerij bakt eigenaresse Julia de lekkerste koekjes, taarten en donuts, met heel wat vegan opties. Een ideale plek voor zoetekauwen, dus. Je kunt de taartjes meenemen, maar ook opeten in het gezellige bakehouse met een kop verse koffie of thee. Op zondag maken ze ook de speciliteit van het huis, een donut gevuld met appel en kaneel.

Anook Bakehouse is such a cozy and cute spot! They have a really welcoming terracotta desert style interior and a small outdoor terrace where we enjoyed our treats. In terms of food, Anook has some amazing desserts with a good selection of vegan and gluten free options. I tried the Oreo cake, cinnamon sugar donut and mushroom coffee. The cake was a bit too sweet for me, but the donuts are one of the reasons I keep coming back to Anook - so fluffy and delicious! I’d recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a snack or a break in the Pijp - there’s something here for everyone and you’ll come out feeling full and refreshed!
