Beschrijving
Dignita is een all day brunchrestaurant met drie locaties in Amsterdam. Je kunt kiezen uit drie locaties waarvan één in Zuid vlak bij het Vondelpark, één midden in de Hoftuin, of het nieuwste restaurant bij het Westerpark. De menukaart bestaat voor een grotendeel uit vegetarisch gerechten, een aantal vegan gerechten en een paar gerechten waar vlees of vis in verwerkt zit. Daarnaast bieden ze de optie om supplementen toe te voegen aan een gerecht. Dignita is onderdeel van het "We are not for sale" project waarbij zij mensen van kwetsbare doelgroepen opleiden om meer weerbaar te worden en laten re-integreren in de samenleving.

Dignita is a brunch classic in Amsterdam. The location in the middle of the Hoftuin park is really beautiful, and it's a spot you can easily spend most of your afternoon in. They always have a few vegan options and we ordered the vegan Caesar salad and Forest Dweller's mushroom toast. My non vegan friends also had the salted caramel pancakes. I always love the mushroom toast, but the Caesar salad was a bit disappointing and it would be nice to see some more options on the menu.

Sunday calls for brunch and we can’t deny we’re big fans of Dignita Amsterdam. Although they have many veggie options, vegans are not as well catered for. For veggies , their pancakes that change seasonally are to die for. Our favorite location is Hoftuin on a clear day. Can’t beat those garden views.
