At PUCK you will find, above all, a lot of coffee. Both hot and cold and vegan or vega. But you will also find perfect dishes to combine with your coffee. There are only two fish dishes on the menu, everything else is vegetarian or vegan. So they have vega and vegan sandwiches, sandwiches, hangop and croissants. Restaurant De Nieuwe Winkel
At De Nieuwe Winkel everything revolves around plants. It is a restaurant with two Michelin stars for its cuisine and a green star from Michelin for sustainability. Chef Emile van der Staak is concerned with sustainability and the future of the world. Partly for this reason, the kitchen is predominantly plant-based, organic and seasonal. The restaurant is located in a former orphanage that was once to be demolished but has been preserved by activists. De Nieuwe Winkel has been located in the building since June 2019. The menu changes often, that's why we don't have one online. The examples are mostly from old menu's. But what is certain is that you will be surprised by all the flavors. There is a choice between a six- and nine-course menu, and a three-course menu is also possible during the week. Reservations are necessary, and also far in advance: for example, they are completely booked in 2023. Fortunately, there is a reserve list. + More info

Restaurant Flores was born from a passion for taste and a desire for a sustainable future. A Green Michelin star is proof that this is going very well. At Flores you will find dishes that are just as tasty as traditional dishes, but more sustainable and local. At Flores they are very good at fermenting and innovating; They have even made their own plant-based charcuterie. The name says it all: at FunSpace all you do is have fun. It is a modern indoor laser game room, where you can also eat 100% vegan. So you'll find a good combination of fun playing and fun eating. You'll find snacks and fast food, like juicy burgers, a vegan frikadel or a nice portion of fries. You can also order a cake, provided you give FunSpace notice in advance. You can come to FunSpace for just food (call or chat them for the possibilities), but you can also combine it with a laser game outing. Tati is one of the few restaurants in Nijmegen that are 100% vegan. In this cozy restaurant with a homely atmosphere, you are welcome every day for vegan food. The menu is inspired by different choices, so whatever you feel like, your taste buds will be able to make a world roadtrip. During the day you can have a simple breakfast with some yogurt, but also a high tea, pancakes or sandwiches. Hafiza restaurant
At Hafiza you enter the Afghan kitchen. It is the first Afghan restaurant in Nijmegen. Although there are meat and fish dishes on the menu, the Afghan cuisine is certainly not foreign to veganism and vegetarianism. Spicy rice, roasted eggplant, unique lentil soup and braised cauliflower are all vegan options. An extensive rice table is also possible.
