Since 2023, restaurant KOOL has been located on Wibautstraat in Amsterdam. They originally started as a pop-up, but they now have a permit to stay for a longer period of time. The menu is completely plant-based and vegetables are the focus of the dishes. They are simple, but tasty dishes and the focus is on sustainability.
