Beschrijving
Sinds november 2023 maken de twee Italiaanse neven Marco en Moris de lekkerste plantaardige pasta's. Je vindt er verschillende verse opties, van een vegan bolognese tot een bijzondere rode bieten gnocchi met citroenagave saus. Bij Primo Pasta zijn een aantal gezellige zitplekken, maar de gerechten zijn ook heel geschikt om mee te nemen naar huis. Behalve pasta's is er ook een mini Italiaanse winkel met lekkere ingrediënten om thuis mee te koken, zoals azijnen, pasta's of tomatensauzen.

What a lovely place! This restaurant, recently opened by two Italian brothers, has handmade fresh pasta and so many different and creative dishes. We tried the antipasti, a selection of different pastas and the panna cotta for dessert. You can tell the sauces and pastas are made with love - everything tastes fresh and delicious. It's hard to choose a favorite dish, but the pesto pasta, truffle ravioli and veggie bolognese really stood out. It's great to have this spot in Oost, and I'll be sure to visit again soon!
