Description
In November 2023, two Italian cousins called Marco and Moris opened Primo Pasta to make the tastiest plates of vegan pasta. You will find various fresh options, from a vegan bolognese to a special beetroot gnocchi with lemon agave sauce. Primo Pasta has a number of seating areas, but the dishes are also very suitable to take home. In addition to pasta, there is also a mini Italian shop with tasty ingredients for cooking at home, such as vinegars, pasta or tomato sauces.

This was a fantastic restaurant! From the outside it didn’t stand out to me at first, but the staff was super friendly and the food tasted amazing. I especially recommend the tiramisu! Even before I went vegan it was always a 50/50 chance whether it would be good or not. I’ve never tasted such an amazing tiramisu, it’s a great recipe.

We hebben eten afgehaald - de spinazie&broccoli crème pasta en de bolognese pasta - en ze waren allebei heerlijk. Goede porties en vooral heel smakelijk. En leuk personeel.
We hebben 3 heerlijke gerechten besteld om thuis op te eten. Alle3 de gerechten waren bijzonder lekker. Dit restaurant is een aanrader en een aanwinst voor de buurt :)

What a lovely place! This restaurant, recently opened by two Italian brothers, has handmade fresh pasta and so many different and creative dishes. We tried the antipasti, a selection of different pastas and the panna cotta for dessert. You can tell the sauces and pastas are made with love - everything tastes fresh and delicious. It's hard to choose a favorite dish, but the pesto pasta, truffle ravioli and veggie bolognese really stood out. It's great to have this spot in Oost, and I'll be sure to visit again soon!
